The Moore Center Campaign:
Building the Future of Workforce Innovation

At Central Carolina Community College, we believe that education is the bridge between potential and opportunity. The E. Eugene Moore Manufacturing and Biotech Solutions Center represents a transformative investment in that belief — a visionary space where education, industry, and community come together to shape the next generation of skilled professionals.

With a campaign goal of $25 million, the Moore Center will serve as the cornerstone of advanced workforce development for our region. The facility will house cutting-edge training labs, industry-integrated classrooms, and collaborative spaces designed to prepare students for high-demand careers in advanced manufacturing, biotechnology, and emerging technologies.

This campaign is about more than a building — it’s about people, partnerships, and progress. It is about giving our students the opportunity to learn in world-class facilities, our employers access to a highly skilled workforce, and our communities the promise of a stronger, more resilient economy.

A Challenge That Inspires Action

We are thrilled to announce a $500,000 Matching Gift Challenge, which offers donors the opportunity to double their impact. Every dollar contributed to the Moore Center Campaign through December 31 will be matched — up to half a million dollars — accelerating our momentum and bringing this transformative project one step closer to reality.

This challenge is a call to action for all who believe in the power of education to change lives. Together, we can seize this moment and ensure that Central Carolina Community College remains at the forefront of innovation and opportunity for generations to come.
